- Processing Time: We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
- Delivery time: Delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose and your location. In general, the average delivery time is 7 working days in Europe.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are 5 euros everywhere in Europe if your order is less than 49 euros. If your order exceeds 49 euros, shipping costs are free.
- Delivery tracking: We will send you a tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped. You can track the status of your delivery using this number.
- Signature: Signature is not required upon delivery.
- Incomplete or damaged delivery: If you receive an incomplete or damaged package, please contact us immediately at contact@kolors.store. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
